We take a multidimensional approach to recovery. By offering various treatment options, each individual and his or her family can work through past conflicts that have contributed to substance abuse.
What does Day/Night (PHP) Treatment involve?
The difference between the Day/Night (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is the level and intensity of treatment provided. PHP clients typically spend between 25-30 total hours per week working on their recovery; 5-6 hours per day for five days a week. IOP clients report to treatment approximately three times per week for 3-4 hour sessions.
Both the Day/Night (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) utilize a mix of different types of therapy to address and change the distorted thinking which led to addiction. Group therapy, peer support, and individual therapy.
Individuals are integrated into a therapy program in which they begin to develop the tools needed to stay clean and sober. We apply a variety of therapeutic models to both group and individual therapy to restore balance and re-instill hope.
So, why is On Call Treatment FL the most effective choice?
Customized programming.
A one-size-fits-all program is not enough to achieve long-term sobriety, because it does not address the individual. Our treatment programs are tailored to client needs, helping each and every person understand and work through areas of their lives that require balance. Because there are so many treatment options available in today’s rehabilitation industry, some types of therapy may be effective for some, while others will benefit from a completely different treatment approach with its own set of services. At On Call Treatment FL, clients are treated by professionals who see them as individuals, and will work with them accordingly.
Evidence-based care.
The therapeutic models utilized at On Call Treatment FL are evidence-based, meaning they are based on data and information that has been scientifically tested and demonstrated. Here, evidence-based treatment is led by a team of professionals who apply their years of experience with what we continue to learn in the addiction, treatment and recovery fields. With a staff that is constantly advancing, we are able to consistently improve our practices and ensure better care for our patients.
A network of experts.
On Call Treatment FL also maintains close relationships with the treatment professional community and those who are working to improve the quality and efficacy of the treatment industry at large. By maintaining this connection with other professionals, we are more easily able to find and implement the most beneficial programs for our clients.
What does Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Treatment involve?
Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Treatment requires that clients attend day-long treatment sessions with our therapists. This program ensures that individuals receive therapy and the basic care they need during the early stages of recovery. With complete diagnostics and clinical assessments, we make clients as comfortable as possible during this time and do so with compassion and respect.

Here are some of the key qualities we guarantee among our premiere network of facilities:
Treatment options. There are so many varying treatment options to explore, and it’s important to us that facilities offer a wide range of integrated services. These services may include individual therapy, family care and educational process groups. Effective treatment options are those that provide a balanced mix of one-on-one and group therapy experiences so that patients benefit from both personal attention and socialization.
Length of stay. Research shows the longer someone is in treatment, the better their chances for long-term recovery. We pay close attention to the typical length of stay. Programs that last for 90 days are longer generally see great success rates, because they allow patients to become truly immersed in environments of sobriety and therapy before reentering their communities and transitioning back into the real world.
Payment options. Each facility comes with its own set of fees and rates. Luckily, most major insurance carriers cover many, and sometimes all, treatment costs. We will work with you to explore your payment and insurance options with the facilities that best your needs and financial situation.
Staff credentials. It’s extremely important that the facilities within our network feature administrative, clinical and therapeutic staff members who are highly credentialed, from medical doctors and registered nurses to certified counselors and nutritional staff. Proper licenses must be in place, and facilities themselves should be accredited to ensure best working practices in the field of addiction recovery.
Dual diagnosis. Substance abuse and behavioral health issues often go hand-in-hand, which is a term known as dual diagnosis. Dual diagnosis cases are so common that it is now very important for facilities to effectively identify and address both condition in one comprehensive complete treatment plan. This way, treatment teams can work with patients to uncover the underlying causes and roots of the substance use, not just the substance use itself.
Aftercare. Research also shows that patients are more likely to stay sober with a proper continuing care plan that sets them up for ongoing success. Effective treatment facilities are those that work with patients early in the treatment process to develop aftercare plans complete with appropriate contacts and resources in place for after treatment is completed.
Finding the appropriate care based on clinical needs and available resources can be complicated and overwhelming. Let us manage the details.
