Every client is given the opportunity to complete an independent client satisfaction survey, provided by the National Data Center for Customer Satisfaction, upon discharge from our facility. We use the results of these surveys for continuous improvement of our program. We update this page periodically to reflect the latest data. Serving the needs of our clients and helping them achieve the highest chance of long term success is part of our mission at Victory Recovery Center. By publicizing these survey results we aim to set a standard for the industry. A standard that focuses on client satisfaction and leaving the client better off for having their addiction problem treated at our facility.
